Wood Wick Candle Care
- Tilt the candle on an angle and let the flame draw across the length of the wick.
- Your first burn should last 60+ minutes so the wax melts evenly.
- Keep your wood wick trimmed to about 1/8 in. and clear off any burnt wood.
- Avoid burning more than 3-4 hours at a time to preserve the scent.
- Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammables.
- Use a candle dipper or snuffer to keep the wick centered and avoid splatters.

- Fuel: 70% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol only. Never substitute other fuels.
- NEVER add fuel while the pit is lit or still warm. Alcohol flames can be hard to see. Let it cool completely before refilling.
- Fill away from any open flame or heat source. Never pour fuel above the fill line.
- Light with a long-handled lighter. Snuff the flame with the lid — never blow it out.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance. Never leave a burning fire pit unattended.
- Set on a flat, heat-proof surface, away from anything flammable (curtains, paper, decor).
- If using indoors, keep the room ventilated.
- If fuel spills, wipe it up and move the pit before lighting. Never light a spill.
